I want to know what is the correct reading for these kanjis for their own. Can you post the hiragana/katakana form for both 氷 and 永?

I think the main meaning for 氷 is the more broad “ice” and not the specific “icicle”. Eijiro has つらら or 氷柱　for icicle and 霰 or 雹 for hail.
