Video: Japan – The Strange Country

This video has been around a while but it floors me every time I watch it – it is so beautifully done by Kenichi Tanaka (@kenichi_tanaka). I wish I had a 100th of his design talent. ^_^
The English version is around but keeps getting removed from YouTube so here’s the link but it may end up breaking.
This is in Japanese but the infographic style means that you’ll probably get the drift of most of it plus it’s a good chance to practice your listening comprehension! ^_^

From the designer: “This is my final thesis project. I created info-graphic, motion piece. My objective is to make Japanese people to think about that everything happening here in Japan, isn’t that normal. So I created this video from foreigner’s point of view, rather than Japanese people’s point of view.”
