冰（ひ）はあまり使わないですね。　中国語ではつかっているようですが。

氷(ひょう/こおり）＝hail 霰（あられ）＝hail　

上記が一般的です。

Nice list! Makes me realize how many weather words I don’t know yet…

One suggestion, though – I might recommend 空　(そら) for sky instead of 天. I think てん is more often used to mean “heaven” or “the heavens.”
